The app is a window to the APNA NETWORK ISP service panel. It processes the account information you sign in with (your ISP customer or reseller account) solely to show your own billing, connection and payment information and to provide support features such as printing receipts and sending service SMS. We do not sell your information. Service data is stored on our ISP systems for billing and legal record-keeping.
The app runs network tests (speed, ping, DNS) on your device and your local network. Test results stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
Both apps may show ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
The apps use only the permissions needed for their features: network access for all functions; Bluetooth (APNA NETWORK) for receipt printing to a printer you pair; SMS (APNA NETWORK, optional sender module) only when you turn it on, to send service messages from your own SIM.
